When editing a task, the same fields will be displayed as when creating a task.

After making changes, click the Save Changes button.

A notification with information about the modified fields and the user who made the changes will be sent to the corresponding Telegram group.

If you want to delete a task, click the Delete Task button and confirm the deletion.

When creating a task, the following fields will be available:

Task Title

• Required field (minimum 5 characters).

Task Description

• You can add a detailed description, format the text, and attach links to web pages or images.

Status

• By default, tasks are created with the New status, but you can change it, for example, to In Progress.

Reminder

• By default, tasks do not have predefined reminders, but you can set one.

Assignee

• By default, the Current User is the assignee, but you can change or remove the assignee.

Priority

• By default, tasks have a Low priority, but you can change it to High, for example.

Once all fields are filled, tap Save Changes. The newly created task will appear in the task list of the project, and a notification will be sent to the corresponding Telegram group.

By default, the Current User is the task author.

You can track the current status of the task in the Task List of the project.

Additionally, you can edit the task, update its status, or delete it through the Edit Task function.

Task Description

You can provide detailed information, format text, and attach links to web pages or images.

Status

By default, tasks are created with the New status, but you can update the status as follows:

• New – Task is created but has not yet been started.
• In Progress – Task is actively being worked on.
• Testing – Task is completed and under review.
• Closed – Task is fully completed.
• Postponed – Task is temporarily on hold.

Reminder

By default, tasks do not have predefined reminders, but you can set a one-time or recurring reminder:

• Never – No reminders will be sent.
• One-time – A single reminder at a specific date and time.

• Daily – A reminder every day at a specific time.

• Weekly – A reminder on selected weekdays at a specific time.

• Monthly – A reminder on specific days of the month at a specific time.

• Yearly – A reminder on a specific date each year.

For each project, you can see the total number of tasks in the following statuses:

• New
• In Progress
• Testing

To access a project's task list, simply select the project from the list.

You can create a new project by tapping Create Project.

You can manage the following settings:

• Change the time zone for task reminders (default: UTC+3).

Projects in Squad2 are based on Telegram groups.

In other words: 1 project = 1 Telegram group.

Before creating a project, make sure you already have a Telegram group.

You can create a project in multiple ways:

Create a project from the Squad2 app

Create a project by adding the bot to a Telegram group

Create a project from the Squad2 app

Open the Squad2 app and tap Create Project on the Main Screen or in the Projects section.

Select the Telegram group where you want to add the bot

You can grant the bot admin rights, allowing it to pin a message in the chat with a quick access button to the app.

If you don't grant admin rights, you can manually pin the message with the quick access button to tasks.

By tapping the Tasks button, you will enter the task list for this project.

Any group member will have access to the project’s tasks, as well as the ability to: сreate new tasks, track progress, close completed tasks.

The new project will automatically appear in the project list for all group members.

Creating a Project by Adding the Bot to a Telegram Group

You can use Telegram's standard "Add Member" feature to create a new project.

Select the group where you want to add the bot, tap the "Add Member" button, and enter @Squad2Bot in the search bar.

🎉 Done! The project is created and available to all group members.

To start using Squad2, enter @Squad2Bot in the Telegram search bar, go to the chat with the bot, and click Start.

Once you receive the welcome message, click Launch Squad2.

On the main screen, you will see a menu with the following sections:

🦸 Tasks where I am the assignee

• Here you will find tasks from all projects where you have been assigned as an assignee.

👨‍💼 Tasks where I am the author

• This section displays tasks from all projects where you are the author.

🔒 My personal tasks

• Here you will find your private tasks that are only visible to you.

• Quick access to guides on how to use the app.

Create Your First Project by Click Create Project

To access the project list, select the Projects section in the bottom menu.

Now you can create tasks and track their progress all in one app! ✨

При редактировании задачи отобразятся такие же поля как при создании задачи.

После внесения изменений нажмите на кнопку Сохранить изменения.

В соответствующую Telegram группу будет отправлено уведомление с информацией об измененных полях и пользователе, вносившем изменения

Если вы хотите удалить задачу, нажмите на кнопку Удалить задачу и подтвердите удаление

При создании задачи отобразятся следующие поля для заполнения:

• Заголовок задачи
  Обязателен для заполнения, минимально 5 символов
• Описание задачи
  Вы можете добавить описание к задаче, отформатировать текст описания, прикрепить ссылки на web-страницы или изображения
• Статус
  По умолчанию задача создается в статусе Новая, но вы можете изменить статус и, например, создать задачу в статусе В работе
• Напоминание
  По умолчанию задача создается без предустановленных напоминаний, но вы можете задать напоминание
• Исполнитель
  По умолчанию исполнителем задачи является Текущий пользователь, но вы можете изменить или удалить исполнителя
• Приоритет
  По умолчанию задача создается с приоритетом Низкий, но вы можете изменить приоритет, например, на Высокий

После заполнения всех полей нажмите на кнопку Сохранить изменения и созданная задача появится в списке задач проекта, а в соответствующую Telegram группу будет отправлено уведомление

По умолчанию автором задачи является Текущий пользователь

Вы можете отслеживать текущий статус задачи в Списке задач проекта.

Также вы можете внести изменения в задачу, изменить ей статус или удалить через Редактирование задачи.

Описание задачи

В описании задачи вы можете указать детальную информацию о задаче, отформатировать текст, а также прикрепить ссылки на web-страницы или изображения

Статус

По умолчанию задача создается в статусе Новая, но вы можете изменить статус:

• Новая
  Задача создана, но ее пока что не взяли в работу
• В работе
  Задача находится в процессе исполнения
• Тестирование
  Задача готова и находится на проверке
• Закрыта
  Задача выполнена
• Отложена
  Задача временно отложена

Напоминание

По умолчанию задача создается без предустановленных напоминаний, но вы можете установить разовое или повторяющееся напоминание о выполнении задачи:

• Никогда
  По задаче не будут отправляться напоминания
• Один раз
  По задаче будет отправлено единоразовое напоминание в указанную дату и время

• Ежедневно
  По задаче будет отправляться ежедневное напоминание в указанное время

• Еженедельно
  По задаче будет отправляться еженедельное напоминание в указанные дни недели и время

• Ежемесячно
  По задаче будет отправляться ежемесячное напоминание в указанные дни месяца и время

• Ежегодно
  По задаче будет отправляться ежегодное напоминание в указанный день и время

Исполнитель

По умолчанию исполнителем задачи является Текущий пользователь, но вы можете указать исполнителем любого участника группы (проекта) или же удалить исполнителя

Приоритет

По умолчанию задача создается с приоритетом Низкий, но но вы можете изменить приоритет:

• Низкий
• Средний
• Высокий
