Creating a Task

To create a new task, go to the project and tap Create Task.

When creating a task, the following fields will be available:

Task Title

  • Required field (minimum 5 characters).

Task Description

  • You can add a detailed description, format the text, and attach links to web pages or images.

Status

  • By default, tasks are created with the New status, but you can change it, for example, to In Progress.

Reminder

  • By default, tasks do not have predefined reminders, but you can set one.

Assignee

  • By default, the Current User is the assignee, but you can change or remove the assignee.

Priority

  • By default, tasks have a Low priority, but you can change it to High, for example.

Once all fields are filled, tap Save Changes. The newly created task will appear in the task list of the project, and a notification will be sent to the corresponding Telegram group.

By default, the Current User is the task author.

You can track the current status of the task in the Task List of the project.

Additionally, you can edit the task, update its status, or delete it through the Edit Task function.

Status

By default, tasks are created with the New status, but you can update the status as follows:

  • New – Task is created but has not yet been started.
  • In Progress – Task is actively being worked on.
  • Testing – Task is completed and under review.
  • Closed – Task is fully completed.
  • Postponed – Task is temporarily on hold.

Reminder

By default, tasks do not have predefined reminders, but you can set a one-time or recurring reminder:

  • Never – No reminders will be sent.
  • One-time – A single reminder at a specific date and time.

Example: Prepare a report on February 20 at 11:00.

  • Daily – A reminder every day at a specific time.

Example: Daily reminder to exercise at 10:00.

  • Weekly – A reminder on selected weekdays at a specific time.

Example: Call colleagues on Mon, Wed, and Fri at 10:00.

  • Monthly – A reminder on specific days of the month at a specific time.

Example: Process payroll on the 15th and the last day of each month.

  • Yearly – A reminder on a specific date each year.

Example: Wish someone a Happy Birthday on March 5 at 8:00.
